The celebration is Victory Day, or Europe Day, commemorating the defeat of Nazism and Russia's victory.
The celebration was supervised by Russian Ambassador Mikhail Ulyanov, and attended by Egyptian Ambassador Mohamed Nasr.
The celebration included a selection of patriotic songs, Russian heritage, and folkloric costumes.
