Successful conclusion of the exhibition "From the Nile to the Danube" in Vienna
VIENNA/ The works of the art exhibition "From the Nile to the Danube", which lasted for three days, concluded on Monday at the headquarters of the Egyptian Embassy in Vienna.
The artist Victor Sobky, one of the participants in organizing the exhibition, said in his statements today that he thanks Ambassador Mohamed Al-Mulla, the Egyptian ambassador in Vienna, for welcoming the idea and hosting the exhibition, noting that the exhibition achieved success and positive reactions among the Austrians and the Arab and foreign ambassadors who attended the exhibition.
Sobky explained that communication is underway with other embassies of Egypt in Europe and the world to organize other exhibitions under the umbrella of the same idea, which are rivers and their relationship to art and civilization.
For his part, artist Walid Taher, one of the participants in the exhibition, praised the remarkable success of the exhibition and its impact in supporting artistic and cultural rapprochement between Egypt and Austria.
It is noteworthy that Ambassador Mohamed Al-Mulla had inaugurated the exhibition in the presence of a wide selection of Arab and foreign ambassadors, artists, media persons and a large audience of Austrians who expressed their wide admiration for the paintings, jewelry design and other artistic forms included in the exhibition.
