Vietnam officially opened its inaugural Golden Autumn Fair 2025 at the Vietnam Exposition Center (VEC) in Dong Anh, Hanoi, drawing thousands of visitors, businesses, and international partners. The ten-day event, held from October 26 to November 4, is designed to blend culture and commerce, reflecting Vietnam’s growing ambition to integrate tradition with innovation under the theme “Connecting People with Production and Business.”
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh praised the organizers, noting that despite the short preparation period and a heavy workload, the fair achieved what he called Vietnam’s “six bests” — in scale, space, products, quality, engaging activities, and incentives. The Prime Minister said the event symbolizes a spirit of national pride and renewal, marking a promising start for Vietnam’s effort to strengthen both domestic consumption and international trade.

According to the Vietnam News Agency (TTXVN), this year’s fair gathers more than 3,000 booths and welcomes over 40 international delegations from more than 20 countries, including partners from Asia, Europe, and the Americas. The event brings together over 2,500 enterprises and organizations, along with 34 provinces and cities, ministries, and business associations, underlining its role as one of Vietnam’s largest and most diverse trade and cultural platforms.
Jointly organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) and the Hanoi People’s Committee, the fair spans more than 130,000 square meters, divided into five thematic zones highlighting innovation in sectors such as manufacturing, agriculture, digital technology, design, and cultural industries. The opening featured a performance of the “Autumn Concerto,” setting a tone of harmony between heritage and modernity.
Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ho An Phong noted that representatives from 12 cultural industries nationwide are participating, helping to promote Vietnam’s creative economy and attract global investment in culture and tourism. Beyond trade, the fair has become a platform for cultural diplomacy, showcasing Vietnam’s identity while fostering new partnerships abroad.
Visitors can experience both commerce and culture — from major corporations like Viettel, Vinamilk, GoTech, and VTC to artisans and culinary exhibitors from across the country. The fair’s three-region cultural and culinary zone, representing the North, Central, and South, offers an immersive journey through Vietnam’s flavors and traditions. Each dish, from the delicate Hanoi phở to the mountain specialty Thắng cố, tells a story of land, people, and history.

The two Kings Philippe and Van der Bellen havedifferent backgrounds, one is of royal origin, and the other is a child of a refugee family (once of noble origin) but now, in the eyes of the European public, both of them are giving off a sense of courtesy, virtue and erudition.
