The consultant explained that the future is for electric cars, and the private sector has invested more than one billion euros in this industry in recent years in Austria, but it is not possible to completely dispense with fossil fuels and the traditional combustion engine.

The advisor added that the government is accelerating the pace in supporting efforts to combat climate change, and there are promising opportunities in hydrogen energy in cars, in raising the efficiency of engines and reducing emissions, and we are in a race against time in supporting technology and innovation in the industrial field.

Nehmer pointed out that the government does not invest in itself and relies on the initiatives of international companies, and its role is limited to supporting investment incentives and providing advanced and highly efficient infrastructure.
