Grand Master Kim Seng (Australia) shared his deep feelings about the course ``The World Police Taekwondo Federation special seminar``in the Kyungdong University, Korea (8/2024). He is Australian of Chinese descent. He has practiced a number of martial arts and Taekwondo for more than 50 years.
