Ms. Ton Nu Thi Ninh, former Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Vietnam to the European Union and in Belgium, former Vice Chairman of the National Assembly's Foreign Affairs Committee. She is a diplomat in charge of global affairs of Vietnam. She is a person who plays an active role not only in foreign affairs but also full of enthusiasm in many fields of social, cultural, charity activities, and supporting women's community work.
