(WAJ) The audience received Ambassador Sultan Salmeen Al-Mansoori, Qatar's ambassador to Vienna, and a number of embassy leaders. He delivered a speech in which he valued the growing Austrian-Qatari relations, pointing to the pride of his country and the Arab world in the success of organizing the FIFA World Cup "Doha 2022".
He was keen to congratulate Qatar, Ambassador Muhammad Al-Mulla, Ambassador of Egypt in Vienna, Ambassador Ibrahim Assaf, Ambassador of Lebanon, Ambassador Muhammad Samir Qubaa, representative of the Arab League in Austria, and other symbols of international and Arab bodies operating in Austria.
The ceremony began with the playing of the national anthems of Austria and Qatar, and a film about the efforts to organize the World Cup was shown.
