From Marketing to Media Power
WAJ: Could you elaborate on your professional journey from your early career in journalism to your decision to establish MOBINS HIGHSOCIETY AD?
Journalist Mobin Ganatschnig, Founder and editor-in-chief of MOBINS HIGHSOCIETY AD – HIGHSOCIETY MAGAZINE: I used to work successfully as a marketing and PR expert in my own advertising agency, but that was not personally enough for me because I wanted to move people more and draw their attention to important events, happenings, and current trends, in order to inspire people and at the same time even create an opportunity or chance for those who want to shine and be recognized on an international level, like a star in the worldwide high society! Or for those who want to spread and make their message, story, career, company, or brands known worldwide.
According to current developments in today’s world, it is obvious that media and press are one of the most powerful forces to move people. That is why I have intensively engaged with press, journalism, TV and magazine formats, media laws, and the associated challenges as well as everything related to media.
And I thought: What if I found my own press agency under the name “MOBINS HIGHSOCIETY AD,” with the following media formats:
Magazine format Print & Online: MOBINS HIGHSOCIETY AD – HIGHSOCIETY MAGAZINE
TV Format: MOBINS EXCLUSIVE TV SHOW & PRESS NEWS
WAJ: In your assessment, what distinguishes MOBINS HIGHSOCIETY AD within the contemporary European media landscape?
Journalist Mobin Ganatschnig: “MOBINS HIGHSOCIETY AD” is an independent, neutral press agency and stands out in the current European media landscape particularly through its focus on exclusivity, reliability, and reach.
Exclusive press articles, exclusive press reports, and exclusive press interviews that relate to exclusive press news both within Austria and internationally make it possible to place high-quality content purposefully in a strongly networked European media market and achieve international attention.
Editorial Values, Audience, and Global Ambitions
WAJ: Would you care to outline the content strategy and the core values to which MOBINS HIGHSOCIETY AD is committed?
Journalist Mobin Ganatschnig: My core values as owner of the press agency ‘MOBINS HIGHSOCIETY AD’ are neutrality, independence, and reliability. I commit myself to ensuring objective reporting and publishing carefully researched content.
WAJ: Based on your observations, which thematic areas currently resonate most strongly with European readers of a high-society publication such as Highsociety Magazine?
Journalist Mobin Ganatschnig: From my observation and review, European readers of a glossy magazine like mine under the name MOBINS HIGHSOCIETY AD – HIGHSOCIETY MAGAZINE are particularly interested in topics such as famous personalities & stars, lifestyle & luxury, celebrities, well-known musicians, artists & actors, fashion & style, entertainment, as well as influencers.
WAJ: Do you intend to expand your activities beyond Europe, and what key opportunities and challenges do you foresee when entering new markets?
Journalist Mobin Ganatschnig: Yes, in the long term I intend to expand my activities beyond Europe. The worldwide interest in high-society, lifestyle, and entertainment topics – especially in the USA, the Middle East, and selected Asian metropolises – offers great opportunities, especially through access to new readerships and international collaborations.

Sources, Integrity, and Reporting on Royalty
WAJ: How is the process of source selection, research, and verification structured at MOBINS HIGHSOCIETY AD to ensure both journalistic accuracy and exclusivity?
Journalist Mobin Ganatschnig: In my press agency, everything that happens or has happened in Austria and internationally is selected. Only topics that fit the editorial line of my press agency are chosen. After careful research from credible and reliable sources with verifiable evidence, I decide whether a press article or the prepared press report is mature enough for publication on the international website of my press agency as well as on social media channels – or not.
Additionally, I work with direct contacts, personal press interviews, reliable primary sources, and established networks. Every piece of information is checked multiple times before publication and compared with reputable sources to ensure journalistic accuracy.
WAJ: Which revenue models do you consider to be of central importance for a luxury or high-society magazine, and how can an appropriate balance be maintained between commercial interests and journalistic integrity?
Journalist Mobin Ganatschnig: Journalistic integrity is ensured through the clear separation of editorial and advertising as well as through transparency and independent reporting.
WAJ: In the digital age and the era of social media, how should coverage of royalty and their descendants evolve in order to preserve historical depth while avoiding sensationalism?
Journalist Mobin Ganatschnig: In my opinion, this means correctly presenting historical and social contexts regarding royals and their descendants, explaining backgrounds in an understandable way, and respecting the privacy of the individuals involved.

WAJ: In your view, what constitutes the most significant difference between working journalistically with royal descendants and reporting on other influential figures in European society, in terms of both approach and editorial responsibility?
Journalist Mobin Ganatschnig: From my perspective as owner of MOBINS HIGHSOCIETY AD, the most significant difference lies in the sensitivity and responsibility in handling information. For descendants of royal families, the focus is particularly on protecting privacy, historical significance, and public perception. For other influential personalities, I focus more on their career, achievements, and social impact.
We sincerely thank you
