She pointed out that the European State Award 2023 aims to stimulate and encourage European convergence and support technology and innovation.
The minister stated that this year's European State Award honored the most innovative projects and initiatives in categories including "Europe in Society", "Europe in Education", "Europe in Art and Culture" and "Europe without Borders".
The concert included musical performances by the European Union Youth Orchestra.
