At the fair, many international exhibitors have expressed keen interest in Vietnam’s dynamic economy, young population, and rapidly expanding consumer market.

Mr. Laurent Aufret, Commercial Director of Bretinov (France), shared:

“So, Bretinov, we've made a new machine for making Vietnamese spring rolls. So our expectation is basically to present this machine to the Vietnamese people. So that's why we're here today.”

Beyond product showcasing, Mr. Aufret emphasized his long-term commitment:

“So today we're looking for collaboration with a Vietnamese company and we want to invest in Vietnam.”

His comments reflect a broader shift of European businesses toward Asia, where Vietnam stands out as a dual hub for both production and consumption, offering competitive advantages in human resources, cost efficiency, and political–economic stability.

South - South Cooperation: Vietnam in the Emerging Network of Developing Economies
In addition to attracting investors from Europe, Vietnam is also strengthening its role as a bridge in South - South cooperation, connecting emerging markets across Asia, South Asia, and Latin America.

Mr. Ajoykaant Ruia, representative of the India - Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, remarked:

“It is eye - opening for me because we never expect such a big show, and it is very encouraging for us to bring more Indian businesses to Vietnam so that they can meet other Vietnam ones.”

He also highlighted the longstanding friendship between the two nations:

“India and Vietnam have enjoyed a very friendly relation over the last hundreds of years, hundreds of years, and we have never been at war with each other, so we are always friends, and we find very nice people in Vietnam to do the business.”

From Latin America, Mr. Dionathan Santos, representative of the Brazil - Vietnam Chamber of Commerce (BVCC), affirmed:

“We heard about the importance of the Autumn Fair. It's one of the biggest fairs in Vietnam and we heard about the preparation for the fair. So we expect to get a lot of contacts here for the chamber, for people interested to do business with Brazil and to expose Brazilian products and companies as well.”

Currently, BVCC is promoting investment, import - export, and bilateral trade cooperation between the two countries, contributing to Vietnam’s growing position as a gateway linking Asia and Latin America.
