For 15 years since 2009, Mrs. To Nga has tirelessly prepared and pursued legal action. Challenging the ruling of the Evry Court, which supported American companies responsible for producing toxic chemicals, she seeks justice for the unparalleled humanitarian, medical, and environmental crisis caused by Agent Orange. The appellate hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, May 7th, 2024, at the Paris Court of Appeal.
