Mr. Mai Phan Dung, Deputy Chairman of the Vietnamese State Committee Abroad
The confederation reflected the delegates' determination and sincerity, particularly those of the Executive Committee of the Vietnamese People's Confederation in Europe, expressing solidarity, attachment, sharing, friendship, and, above all, feelings for the homeland and the country.
The Confederation promotes the Overseas Vietnamese community to contribute to the relationship between Vietnam and European countries in politics, economy, and culture, spreading and disseminating cultural values among international friends, and creating favorable conditions for Vietnamese people in European countries to integrate well and build a good life.
I believe that the Confederation's current organizational structure is complete, forming a mechanism and framework to facilitate the implementation of activities and promote the establishment of Vietnamese organizations in other countries.
We will continue to improve our policy towards overseas Vietnamese in order to foster strong solidarity and protect the legitimate interests of Vietnamese people in Europe and around the world. To concretize that policy line, the Committee will have specific programs and projects to accompany people abroad and in Europe.

Mr. Tu Thanh Hue, Director of Overseas Vietnamese Foreign Affairs, Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee
Over the last six years, the Confederation's Executive Committee has accomplished a great deal for the Vietnamese community throughout Europe. It has especially assisted Vietnamese people in overcoming the Covid-19 pandemic and in seeking refuge during the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
We were very impressed when, in 2022, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Party Central Committee Secretary Do Van Chien welcomed a delegation of young people from around the world to attend international summer camps in Vietnam and presented six certificates of merit to typical youths from around the world.
The confederation was held in a fun, democratic atmosphere, promoting each person's individual capacity. The management is always available. This time, I saw a lot of young people on the Executive Committee, including representatives from other countries' Students' Unions. This is a novel approach that is both democratic and serial. Furthermore, the speeches address substantive issues for the Union of Vietnamese People in Europe to effectively promote, assisting the community in becoming more and more deeply integrated in the country in which they live.

I am moved to attend the Vietnam People's Confederation in Europe because it is very important and meaningful in strengthening the great unity of the Vietnamese community abroad in general, and in Europe in particular. It also demonstrates the continuous growth of the Vietnamese community in Europe, which is not only deeply integrated in the host country but has also made very effective and positive contributions to the country's construction and development in recent years.
I hope that the Confederation will have many practical initiatives and activities to connect Vietnamese people throughout Europe, promote the image of Vietnamese people in the international community, and especially encourage the young generation of Vietnamese in Europe to look towards their homeland.
We have discussed with people that the community will form associations such as the Vietnamese experts Association in Denmark, the Vietnamese Women's Association in Denmark, and the Vietnamese Business Association in Denmark in the near future. Certainly, the Vietnamese community in Denmark will have very specific activities that will contribute to the Confederation's development.

Ambassador Phan Dang Duong, Vietnamese Ambassador in Sweden
Today's Confederation sent a message about the Executive Committee of the Confederation of Vietnamese People in Europe and all those who have always united, bonded, and supported one another in the name of the homeland and the country.
The Vietnamese Association in Sweden has been established in the last two years thanks to the efforts of many people. Furthermore, in November 2021, the Swedish Business Union was officially launched for the first time. We are also very pleased that the Vietnamese Association in Sweden will establish the Vietnamese Women's Association in Sweden in the near future. And the ceremony will take place just in time for Tet, the Vietnamese's spring holiday in Sweden.

The Confederation recognized the new situation and gathered the majority of delegates from European countries, adjusted the Platform, and established a positive Leadership Board. I believe that when such a mechanism is in place, community activities will be more effective. We can create new trade ideas and support one another in the daily lives of the Vietnamese community in European countries.
Vietnamese people in Slovakia are not numerous, but they make significant contributions to the community. We previously donated 100,000 Covid-19 vaccine doses. Then, at the request of the Committee of Overseas Vietnamese, the Fatherland Front, we also made significant contributions to the community. I believe we will continue to contribute more once there are three delegates on the Executive Committee of the Confederation of Vietnamese in Europe.

When I heard the most recent term report, I noticed that everyone was doing exceptionally well. In the coming term, I hope that countries that have joined or are about to join the Executive Committee will work harder, collaborating more in all fields, so that the Vietnamese community across Europe is more connected and contributes more to their country.
We have also contributed significantly to hospitals in recent years, particularly during the pandemic. During their lockdown, we brought a large number of medical products, including medical masks, to the local community. During the Russian-Ukraine War, we also assisted the Vietnamese community in evacuating to Belgium. Hopefully, in the future, we will be able to combine more closely, information quickly and promptly, so that if a difficult case arises, the entire community will join hands, assisting them not to feel abandoned in this western countries.
7. Mr. Bui Tan Long, Spain
Mr. Bui Tan Long, Spain
The First Confederation filled me with joy, novelty, and honor because it is a brand-new union connecting the Vietnamese community in delegations and associations throughout Europe, including Germany, Poland, France, and England. And this 2nd Confederation provides me with the opportunity to present and share my feelings, thoughts, and feelings for the Confederation of Vietnamese People in Europe as well as people all over the world.
I can see the host country's enthusiasm for the Confederation. The Czech Republic's Head of Government Office also came and gave a speech to encourage it, which made me very happy. Vietnamese businessmen in the Czech Republic are excellent, capable, and welcoming, and they also find this side of business to be very profitable. Vietnamese products are widely available in Europe, which makes me happy for my homeland.
Because only Chinese stores can be entered in Belgium, it is more difficult for Vietnamese people to use Vietnamese goods. I will act as a liaison between Chinese retailers and Vietnamese suppliers. I also want to sell Vietnamese goods in order to become stronger and help my countrymen. I am confident that the Confederation of Vietnamese in Europe can and must do this. I hope Vietnamese products to be well-known in other countries.

The First Confederation filled me with joy, novelty, and the honor of being trusted by the Executive Committee. This 2nd Congress provides me with the opportunity to present and share my feelings, thoughts, and feelings for the Confederation of Vietnamese People in Europe as well as people all over the world.
This is my third visit to Sapa, and my emotions are always fresh. The market here is active on a daily and weekly basis. In the evenings and mornings, you can eat noodles, Vietnamese pho, rice, tea, ect. In general, everything that is available in Vietnam is here. I recently visited a booth importing goods such as noodles, rice, and dry goods ect. All of them vibrant, wonderful, delicious, and safe. On weekends, we have scenes and atmospheres where families can gather and exchange and share coffee. That's fantastic!
9. Dr. Le Quy Vang, Denmark
Dr. Le Quy Vang, Denmark suggested in the Confederation
I would like to suggest that the Confederation assist in connecting and promoting the connection between Vietnamese state representative organizations abroad, such as the Embassy, and Vietnamese people in Europe in order to create a positive impression while avoiding the influence of negative information flows. Second, programs aimed at the next generation of Vietnamese people in Europe should be developed to instill pride in them as Vietnamese descendants living in Europe. Third, we should create conditions to encourage the import of European technology and optimal processes to Vietnam in order to contribute to the country's development.
We also want to establish links between Vietnamese experts and intellectuals in Europe in order to conduct multidisciplinary activities and conduct practical research in Vietnam and Europe.
