This international conference originates from the book project "The Mosaics of the King" (Information and Communication Publishing House) by Dr., journalist Nguyen Thi Bich Yen. In 2019, the book project was launched at the Hanoi Opera House and has been evaluated by Vietnamese and international scientists as "having made meaningful international connections between intellectuals and politicians. , kings, heads of state, celebrities, millionaires, businessmen... from 30 countries around the world". ​
